Beep Baseball

Beep baseball is a simple variation of its popular namesake that uses a beeping ball the size of a softball. Instead of the three traditional bases and home plate, beep baseball uses two padded bases that buzz randomly after the ball is hit into play. The batter does not round the bases, but runs to one of the buzzing bases before the ball is fielded by the opposing team. If the batter reaches the base, a run is scored; if the defending team fields the ball before the batter reaches the base, the batter is out. Another variation in the game is the role of the pitcher, who is on the batter's team and works with the batter to put the ball into play. There is no tagging or throwing in beep baseball; nonetheless, it is still a fast-paced, competitive and entertaining game to play and watch. Dates and times TBA.
